BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The 36th Boise Twilight Criterium hits the streets of downtown Boise Saturday afternoon.
The festivities are kicking off Friday night with the Twighlight Trifecta at JUMP. This free event will run until 8 p.m., with free Beef sliders and fries being served until 7 p.m. There will also be live music from the Ashley Rose Band and BOOT JUICE BOOT with beer and wine at the Twilight Criterium bar. JUMP Plaza will have activities for all ages.
The Twilight Criterium events will start at noon on Saturday, with the kids' ride at 1 p.m. The Fan Expo will be open from 2-2:45 p.m.
The Cat 4/Novice will race, and the Maters 35+ Cat 1/2/3 race from 3-3:45 p.m. From 4-4:30 p.m., the Women's 2/3/4 will race, followed by the Men's 1/2/3 race from 4:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
The Opening Ceremony will go from 6-6:20 p.m., Then the Pro races will start with the Women's Pro 1/2 race from 6:30 p.m. to 7:40 p.m., and the Men's Pro/Cat 1 race will follow from 8:05 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. to finish off the day.
The Awards Ceremony will wrap up the festivities at 9:30 p.m.
