
For over 30 years, the Italian language school Il Sasso has been running courses in Montepulciano, in the heart of Tuscany. The school is located in a historic building in the center of the town. It offers Italian Language courses, individual tuition, culture courses (in Italian and in English), Summer Programs, Faculty Led Programs, Semester Programs, Internships.
The school is recognised by the Italian Education Ministry and ISO certified. Il Sasso school of Italian works in collaboration with Kennesaw State University and other universities in the University System of Georgia, King College (Tennessee), Southern Connecticut State University and Australian National University (Canberra). It is also twinned with a worldwide group of Italian language schools. U.S. transferable credits.
The school offers Italian courses for speakers of other languages studying in small groups and individually. There are six different levels, corresponding to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Il Sasso also runs art history, wine, cookery, literature and current affairs courses, as well as courses to prepare students for the CELI and CILS Certification exams.
